The trick to looking like Jennifer Lopez? Sleep and water! She says she sleeps 7 to 9 hours a night. She gets 10 or 11 hours of sleep on her days off. She mixes up her workout between yoga, circuit training and lifting weights. She admits to not being a perfect eater but when she’s been “bad” she will drink a protein shake at breakfast and again at bedtime. Her protein drink of choice? Sunflower butter, chocolate protein powder and banana.
