Ben & Jerry’s is celebrating 4/20 by signing a petition calling on Congress to expunge marijuana convictions, pointing to the disproportionate number of Black people that have been punished for selling or possessing cannabis. The statement said “It’s hard to celebrate 4/20 when so many people of color are still being arrested for pot”. We have to do better.
