Teyana Taylor spills the tea on how she keeps her jaw-dropping abs so tight and just in time for summer.  One would think Teyana Taylor eats air and water and works out three times a day. Not all. She doesn’t eat vegetables and her only workout is through dancing. She has a dance program she said that is her only work out. The mother of 1 said that she toured until she was six months pregnant and then jumped right back into performing and dancing after the baby was born. She had a limited amount of inactivity.
