You know when a Beyoncé album drops she owns your whole day. Friday was no exception. She dropped a movie and a soundtrack. One of the songs on the album is “Brown Skin Girl” ftg Beyoncé, Saint Jhn, WizKid and Blue Ivy Carter. She shouted out a few of her favorite brown sisters on the song. Pose like a trophy when Naomi’s walk in. She need an Oscar for that pretty dark skin. Pretty like Lupita when the cameras close in. Drip broke the levee when my Kelly’s roll in. It is good to see Bey show love to our sisters with that beautiful brown skin because many have endured a lot hateful encounters from people that are blind to real beauty.
