Donald Trump attacks another African American lawmaker, and calls the city of Baltimore Maryland a ‘disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess’ in another racist, hostile Twitter tirade early Saturday morning. Trump’s target this time was directed at Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings, who happens to be chairman of the House Oversight Committee. The committee has launched several investigations into the corruption of the Trump administration. Rep Cummings is originally from Baltimore and represents Maryland’s 7th district. CNN’s Victor Blackwell could barely hold back the tears in the middle of his report while defending his hometown.
