Everybody needs a motivation to stay on track with their workout routine and fitness goals. Kelly Rowland says that Jennifer Lopez is her go to for workout motivation. J.Lo just turned 50 this week and with her new movie ‘Hustlers’ coming out in September Jennifer is in top shape. Kelly said that, “J.Lo has a killer body” (no argument there). She said that the older she gets, the stronger she wants her body to be. Kelly works out almost every day. While she credits J.Lo she also credits her mom who died of cardiac arrest in 2014. She said: I made a vow to myself to change the way I eat and how I would take care of my body when it came to exercising because that was something I really wish she would have done more of.
