On Friday, we received our first tease of Jennifer Hudson as Aretha Franklin in the upcoming movie Respect’. J-Hud dazzles as the “Queen Of Soul” giving us her all as she belts out Franklin’s iconic song. While the teaser doesn’t give anything away, it’s a nice reminder of why Hudson was selected for this role and she is bringin’ it! Another good reason why I’m convinced 2020 is going to be dope. RESPECT will be released on October 9th, 2020.
