NBA Tells Teams Prepare To Play Without Fans [WATCH]

by

The NBA told teams to begin developing plans to play games without fans in attendance due to concerns about the spread of the Corona Virus. The teams would play the game but only “essential staff” would be allowed in the arena if necessary according to a memo obtained by ESPN. The memo said that members of the media and other typical attendees, in addition to fans, would be absent from the arena during game-nights. The memo also said they would be monitoring the player’s temperature, along with referees and team staff.

Precautionary planning is essential for the safety and welfare of the population.
