Tiffany Haddish is launching an internship program for youth in foster care. The program kicks off in 2021 and will be done in conjunction with ‘Ready to Succeed’ and her production company, She ‘Ready Productions.’ The youth in the program will receive a paycheck, mentorship and an opportunity to work in the industry Tiffany said, I believe that children that come from different cultures deserve a chance to work in the industry and I would like people that look like me to be able to represent me too in the industry. Internships are a vital part of the career and resume-building process and many disadvantaged students don’t get to access to that experience.
