Texas officials have no plans to reverse an estimated 16 billion electricity over charges that were incurred doing that deep freeze in February here in Texas. According to Business Insider , in fact last week the public utility commission of Texas said it’s impossible to “unscramble” and reverse the charges. After the storm some residential customers whose bills were tied to wholesale market right for electricity ended up with bills or $5000 or more and less than one week of energy use during the outage. They gave false hope that customer could receive assistance or an adjustment on the heating bill.
