Trever Noah is suing a NYC hospital and surgeon for what he says was a botched surgery in 2020. Court papers say that they were “negligent and careless in failing to treat and care for him in a careful and skillful manner.” Also in the court papers, Trevor said they failed “to prescribe proper medications, discontinue certain prescription medications, and failed to use proper tests and examinations in order to diagnose the conditions.” Since the surgery, the host has dealt with severe personal injuries, severe nervous shock, mental anguish, emotional distress, and physical pain.
