Najee Ali of Project Islamic HOPE has told reporters that all avenues are being considered to get Griner home. “We need to exhaust all avenues,” said Ali. ” According to PEOPLE Brittney “is okay” and has been meeting with her legal team multiple times since she has been detained and she has been seen by her lawyers. The Russian court has ordered her to be detained for an additional two months as the investigation continues. Griner could face up to 10 years in prison if convict. We continue to pray for her safe return.
