Did you know it matters what time of day you eat? Not just in terms of how you look, it also impacts how you age. A study found that those who ate during the day lived almost 20% longer than those who ate at any time. This is because when you eat earlier in the day your body has more time to digest your food and use it as energy. When you eat later your body is trying to digest food while you are sleeping which can lead to problems with indigestion or acid reflux.
