Update: 6/22/2024 -A local law enforcement source told The NY Post Timberlake, 43, was actually stopped twice on Tuesday morning in Sag Harbor on Long Island. The first time, he was given a warning.

Justin Timberlake is feeling the accountability of being arrested this week. Justin Timberlake was arrested and charged with a DWI June 18th. According to the source, “This situation has taken a toll on him, but he is trying to view it as a way that he can reset himself. He does his best to set a positive example for himself, [Jessica Biel], his family and the public, and will continue to try to learn and grow.” “He is taking this seriously and recognizes how it can impact his family dynamic as a husband and father, and his fans too.”

Police report details of Timberlake’s intoxicated condition. Justin was pulled over after 12:30am local time after he was observed driving through a stop sign and “failing to maintain his lane of travel.”  He was held overnight. If you’re waiting to see a video of Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest, don’t.  TMZ requested footage of the arrest, but the Sag Harbor PD told them they could not share it under an interesting statute. Under New York law, certain records can’t be released if their release hinders an investigation.  Justin’s defense attorney has pledged to “vigorously defend” his client and that JT would speak about the arrest publicly later. Justin is currently on tour and has not postponed any shows so far.
