Black History Month will kick-off with the launch of Black News Channel. The 24-hour national cable news channel will debut February 10, 2019. The channel was formed through the leadership of former U.S. representative J.C. Watts. Black News Channel was 10 years in the making. There is definitely an information void for Black Americans.
