Usher Raymond is one of the biggest-selling artist of all-time with 23.8 million albums sold and 38.2 million digital downloads in the United States. He released “You Don’t Have To Call’ in January 2002, the song was written for Michael Jackson by Pharrell Williams.  Usher won his first two Grammy Awards as Best Male R & B Vocal performance in 2002 and 2003. At the 47th Grammy Awards in 2005 Usher performed with The Godfather of Soul in which after the performance James Brown referred to Usher as “The Godson of Soul”
