For many of us, ramen noodles have saved our lives… especially in college! Now, it seems like the best instant food of all time (in my opinion) may not be soo good for us after all!
According to a study, “Women who consume instant noodles frequently were found to be more likely to have metabolic syndrome – the group of risk factors, including obesity and high blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar, that increase the risk of heart disease and diabetes.” That ain’t good!!
