FREE MAMMOGRAMS IN DALLAS
Parkland will be providing mammography screenings at no cost. To register and ensure your eligibility for mammograms, please call 214.266.4398.
Guidelines for mammography screenings
• At least 35 years of age
• Have not received a mammogram in the last 12 months
• Proof that you reside in Dallas County (picture ID, utility bill with name and address)
• If you are covered by insurance (Private, Medicare, Medicaid) we ask that you call the number listed
