Experts Say Reduce Work Week To 30 Hours


What!! Reduce our work week to 30 hours??  You know I don’t have a problem with that!  Experts say that reducing our work hours leaves us more time to eat well, exercise and by looking after ourselves properly, we improve the quality of our lives.  Most of us already know time is money, and sometimes in our American Culture we are taught to work, work, work, at the expense of our health and well being.  As women this can really help us because once we get home from work we have to go to work taking care of the family.
