Ok I agree that if you are on a date at the movies, you should put your phone up and not text during the movie. But suing your date to get back the $17.31 cents you paid for the movie tickets is just ridiculous. Just don’t date her anymore. Of course that is not the way it went down for Brandon Vezmar and Crystal Cruz. This fool sued her for his $17.31 he paid for the movie tickets. I sure wouldn’t date him.
