Usher faces a new herpes lawsuit. Earlier this week the news broke that Usher has herpes. RadarOnline.com revealed that Usher paid a woman 1.1 million dollars who he had sex with and admitted he passed on the virus to her. Now another woman has come forward and saying that she too had sex with Usher and he did not reveal to her that he carried the virus so she is suing him for $10 million dollars for negligence, battery, and emotional stress. It’s interesting to me that no one so far has said anything about these women having unprotected sex with a “married” man. Second statistics say that every 1 in 5 Americans carry the virus and 42 million people don’t even know they have it. Yes Usher was wrong for not revealing he carried the virus, and yes these women knew he was married and still slept with him, so before you start to judge, check yourself before you wreck yourself.
