Bill Cosby Retrial To Begin In April. Uh Oh… not again. Yes Bill Cosby is going back to court. In June of this year a mistrial was declared in the case where he was charged with drugging and molesting Andrea Constand. Since then he has hired a new lawyer, Tom Mesereau (He was Michael Jackson’s Lawyer) and one thing his lawyer has already done is get the case postponed to April of next year. Originally, the case was set to resume to November of this year.
