Empire Renewed for 5th Season. Empire sure was good last night! Lucius had Shyne killed and it was a OMG moment. He never saw it coming! Cookie convinced Pound Cake’s daughter to finally come see her dying mother, and the board is coming for Lucius. With that said the show has been renewed for its 5th season. Even though the ratings are down 31%, the show is still #1 in it’s time slot. I love this show and I’m glad its back for another season!
