Signs You need to slow down. Doing to much? We all do to much sometimes. We live in a society where we work, work, work, and then handle the other demands of our lives, (us women in particular) and end up burning the candle at both ends. I saw this article in Madamenoire.com highlighting examples of doing to much and yes I fit a couple of these, (forgetfulness) and (fatigue). Check to see what fits you and maybe looking into taking a break or find ways to let go of the stress.
