Beyonce and Jay Z to Headline Festival in S. Africa. Beyoncé and Jay-Z have been announced as headlining acts for theGlobal Citizen Festival in honor of Nelson Mandela in South Africa later this year. There had been criticism that the Carter’s have never brought their show to Africa. Oprah Winfrey will give the keynote address and other acts to appear include Usher, and Pharrell Williams.
