Tisha Campbell-Martin accuses Duane Martin of physical abuse. TMZ is reporting that Tisha Campbell-Martin has filed a restraining order against her estranged husband, Duane Martin, alleging physical, mental and emotional abuse.
She says he once hit her in the chest with a closed fist and even as recent as last month, was physically violent towards her. [Duane] “grabbed me by my arm to try to get me in the bedroom,” Tisha says in the filed documents.
Tisha says she didn’t file the report before now saying, “I can no longer live in fear of retaliation…the need [to] press criminal charges for his acts overshadows the embarrassment of making his crimes against me public through this report.”
Tisha, who is going through a nasty divorce with Martin, was granted a temporary restraining order.
