Ratings Down for Midseason Premiere of “Empire”
We’re not sure if we can totally attribute this to the Jussie Smollett case but ratings for Empire are down.
The midseason premiere of the drama had the second worse ratings of any episode ever.
Among people 18 to 49, only 4.4 million total viewers tuned in on Wednesday night. That’s 600,000 fewer people than the fall finale on December 5th.
