R Kelly Tells Judge He Won’t Talk With Young Girls if He is Let Out

R Kelly tells judge he won’t talk with young girls if he is let out.   R Kelly asked a judge to reconsider letting him out on bond.  Of course one of the conditions is that he won’t talk to young girls under the age of 18 and he will wear a GPS monitor.  Not sure how this one will play out.
