Tyrese Gibson Criticizes Dwayne Johnson Film Hobbs and Shaw
Tyrese decided to throw shade at Dwayne Johnson after posting about his current movie, Hobbs and Shaw, with a headline that read: “Hobbs & Shaw has lowest Fast & Furious box office opening since Tokyo Drift.”
Tyrese is upset that Johnson put the main franchise on hold in order to develop the new movie series, he captioned the article, “Breaking up the family clearly doesn’t have the value that one would assume it does.”
Hobbs & Shaw dethroned The Lion King over the weekend bringing in over $180 million worldwide.
The Fast & Furious cast is set to film the ninth and tenth installment of the franchise in 2020 and 2021.
