Kevin Hart is being sued by his sex tape partner for $60 million.
According to the woman, Montia Sabbag, claims that Hart conspired with his friend JT Jackson to record the hookup, and did it because of his want for publicity.
Sabbaq claims that allowed his friend into the hotel room to set up the recording devices. Later, Jackson was arrested on two charges of extortion.
Hart has denied that he knowingly recorded the moment.
