Uh oh. A Judge Rules In Favor Of Michael Jackson Estate and now things are about to get hot!
Yep this Judge ruled in favor of the estate and his ruling means that HBO must go into arbitration over it’s “Leaving Neverland” documentary. So what had happened was HBO signed a contract and was allowed footage from Michael Jackson Dangerous World Tour, but get this, there is a clause that says they can’t make any damaging remarks about Michael Jackson or do anything to mess up his reputation. So when “Leaving Neverland came out Michael’s estate said oh hell nah, HBO, you breached our contract, they went to court, and now it looks like the Judge is agreeing with The Estate. They both still have to attend a status conference on Oct 3rd.
