Ja Rule Cleared in Fyre Festival Lawsuit
Ja Rule has been legally cleared in a court appeal filed by attendees of the debacle that was the Fyre Festival.
The $100 million lawsuit was filed against Ja, co-founder Billy McFarland, and others behind the festival.
Earlier a judge ruled that Ja Rule and the chief marketing officer of the festival were unaware of what was going on with the inner workings of the failed festival, and shortly after an appeal was filed.
That’s when the court denied Ja Rule’s name be included in the appeal.
