This certainly is “hot” off the press. According to thejasminebrand.com Ex-New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin has been released from prison, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. He was indicted in 2013 for charges of wire fraud, money laundering, and bribery that took place during his political career. He was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison and was expected to be released in 2023. This was all possible thanks to Attorney William Barr who ordered The Bureau of Federal Prisons to address concerns pertaining to the Coronavirus Pandemic, by allowing certain Federal prisoners to be released. I bet his family is happy to have him home.
