R. Kelly is not giving up on his fight for freedom!
Even though a federal judge has shut down his request to get out of jail three times, he plans on going for it again.
R Kelly’s lawyers filed papers in court on Monday, June 1, appealing Judge Ann Donnelly’s rulings to keep him behind bars as he awaits his trial later this year.
He feels he should be released due to his risk of contracting COVID-19 due to him being prediabetic and overweight.
The feds have yet to respond to Kelly’s notice of appeal.
