Today is the day. It’s Juneteenth, and even though it looks different with COVID-19 the celebrations will go on.
Please remember to practice social distancing regardless of what you do today. We all know that Juneteenth was created as a result of slaves learning in 1865 that they were freed, 2 years after the Emancipation Proclamation.
