Congratulations to Jennifer Hudson on receiving the Chairman’s Award at this year’s Palm Springs Film Festival. Deadline reports that her solid performance of Aretha Franklin in RESPECT pretty much made the decision easy. She’ll get her award at the in-person event in January.
