Now this is an amazing situation. 18-year-old Jaylen Smith has become the youngest black mayor in America. He is now the mayor of Earle Arkansas a city with 2000 residents, and he won with 218 votes, while his opponent Nemi Matthews Sr. had 139 votes. His goals are to promoting public safety, tearing down abandoned houses, creating public transportation, and building a grocery store. Very impressive.
