This Memorial Day weekend started well for DaniLeigh, but it didn’t end well after she was arrested in Miami on Tuesday.
On Tuesday morning, DaniLeigh played a part in a hit-and-run DUI where the singer allegedly struck the moped rider and dragged him about one block, causing the driver to report injuries of a lacerated kidney and spinal damage.
According to reports, DaniLeigh failed a sobriety test and blew two times the legal limit of 0.08 when she took a breathalyzer test.
DaniLeigh was taken to jail and charged with three felonies: DUI, DUI damage to property/person, and fleeing a crash that involved serious bodily injury.
DaniLeigh has been released on a $59,000 bond. So far, there’s been no comment from DaniLeigh on the incident.
