As President-elect Joe Biden readies for his inauguration next week, dog Major also has a big event to look forward to. Biden’s German Shepherd will be celebrated with his own “Indoguration” from the Delaware Humane Association and Pumpkin Pet Insurance. Major has made history as the first rescue dog to make its way to the White House.
