Paramount+ has announced plans to honor Star Trek star, Nichelle Nichols.
The streaming platform will do a video tribute to the groundbreaking actress during its Star Trek Day.
Nichols played Lt. Nyota Uhura on the original Star Trek and made history for sharing the first interracial kiss on TV with fellow star William Shatner.
Star Trek Day takes place next month.
