Mike Epps has already locked up the role of Richard Pryor in the upcoming movie based on his life. Now more star power has been added to Lee Daniels produced movie, Oprah Winfrey and Eddie Murphy.
Winfrey will play Pryor’s grandmother who ran a ‘whore house’ where the future comedian was raised and Murphy who considered Pryor is comedy mentor, will play his father.
Production on the Richard Pryor will begin in March 2016.
