General Colin Powell who served as Secretary of State under President George W. Bush has officially endorsed Secretary Hillary Clinton for President.
“She is balanced, she has temperament and no matter what anyone says she has stamina,” Powell said. “I think she is fully qualified to serve as the president of the United States and will serve it with distinction.”
Powell who is a Republican also broke party ties to vote twice for President Barack Obama.
