Carey who is the mother of twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-hubby Nick Cannon tweeted a very special message to the Carters:
“Congrats Bey and Jay!!! I’m so happy for you both. Having twins is the most incredible experience ever! Love, Mariah and the twins,” Carey commented on Queen Bey’s epic Instagram announcement.
