A very revealing letter written by Tupac Shakur has been released and its content sheds light on his breakup with pop icon Madonna.
Tupac writes, “For you to be seen with a black man wouldn’t in any way jeopardize your career, if anything it would make you seem that much more open and exciting.”
In the break-up letter written while Shakur was in jail, he admitted that he would be letting down his fans if he continued with the relationship.
“But for me at least in my previous perception I felt due to my ‘image’ I would be letting down half of the people who made me what I thought I was” he wrote.
The entire Tupac letter will go up for auction July 19th thru 28th with the starting bid set at $100,000.
