Wendy WIlliams says that her fainting spell on live TV had more to do with a hormonal isssue than the heat from her Halloween costume.
“I got hot. I was dehydrated according to the paramedics. I’m also going through menopause” Williams said.
The talk show host had not previously acknowledged that she is going through the condition which can cause cause dizziness and hot flashes.
