It’s a no refusal weekend in Tarrant County, from 9:30 tonight till 5:30 Tuesday morning police will be on high alert for drunk drivers, and will be prepared to use search warrants to do blood tests if you refuse a breath test.
Texas Department of Public Safety troopers will participate along with Tarrant County sheriff’s deputies and all cities’ police departments.
If you are arrested and charged with DWI during the no refusal weekend, your name will be published on the district attorney’s website.
