An Atlanta concert promoter wants to block Faith Evans from performing on the ‘Bad Boy Reunion Tour’ when it stops in the “A”, and it’s all because he says that he already had her booked for another Atlanta concert.
Jeremy Hill booked Evans to perform in Atlanta on September 10th and paid her $17,500 for the show, but shortly after making that deal, Hill discovered that Evans would also be a part of the ‘Bad Boy Reunion Tour’ in Atlanta on September 8th.
The problem is the contract that Evans signed with Hill includes a clause that says that she can’t perform within a 100 mile radius of his concert during the 6 months leading up to September 10th.
Hill is suing to prevent Evans from performing on the ‘Bad Boy Reunion Tour’ in Atlanta and also asking for at least $100,000 in damages.
