Tony Romo showed plenty of class as he publiclly accepted the role of Dallas Cowboys backup quarterback and appeared accept that Dak Prescott will now lead the team.
“He’s earned the right to be our quarterback. As hard as that is for me to say he’s earned that right. He’s guided our team to an 8-1 record and that’s hard to do” he said referring the Prescot, as he read a written statement during yesterday’s press conference.
Prescott has lead the team since Romo was injured during the pre-season.
