Netflix is bringing back the NBC iconic 1980’s show A Different World. The new series will feature a mix of returning stars and new faces at Hillman College. Maleah Joi Moon plays Deborah Wayne, daughter of Whitley Gilbert and Dwayne Wayne.
Netflix aims to honor the show’s legacy while introducing it to a new generation. The new A Different World series will consist of ten episodes. A Different World will premiere on September 24, the same date as the original show’s premiere in 1987.
