DisneyBeyoncé‘s new hour-long documentary special will take her fans on a journey through Africa.
ABC will air Beyoncé Presents: Making The Gift tonight, which will treat viewers to an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the making of her album The Lion King: The Gift.
The documentary will act as the singer’s love letter to Africa and come complete with candid footage and interviews about the blood, sweat, and tears she poured into making of the album.
The Lion King: The Gift, a musical ode to Disney’s The Lion King, was released on July 19. The release coincided with Walt Disney Pictures’ feature film and remake of the classic animated film of the same name, which so far has earned $533.9 million domestically.
The Beyoncé executive-produced album brought together some of the biggest African artists with well-known American talents to re-interpret the story and themes of the film.

Beyoncé Presents: Making The Gift airs Monday at 10:00 ET on ABC.
